Return and Satisfaction Guarantee
At ShapeFit Apparel, your confidence and comfort are our top priorities. We encourage you to try our products for at least 14 days. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days at hello@shapefitapparel.com for a refund.

Cancellation Policy
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds for cancellations made within this period will be processed within 7 business days.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied after 14 days, you may return items within 30 days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. To initiate a return, email hello@shapefitapparel.com with your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess and replace eligible items at no additional cost to you.

Shipping and Delivery
We aim for timely delivery but cannot control delays caused by couriers or customs. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Notify us within 24 hours of any corrections to avoid issues with refunds or resends.
